General

1.1 these general terms and conditions apply to any offer of Researchchemicalskopen.net all agreements between Researchchemicalskopen.net and the consumer. The conditions are available on the website of Researchchemicalskopen.net and can be provided in writing upon request.

Delivery

2.1 delivery takes place as long as stocks last.

Trial Period / Right Of Withdrawal

4.1 in the case of consumer purchases in accordance with The Distance Selling Act (Article 7:5 of the Dutch civil code), the customer has the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within 14 working days without giving any reason. 4.2 the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
