Order information
After placing an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This may end up in your spam box, so check it if you don't see a confirmation in your inbox. In the confirmation email you will find your order number, with which you can track the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace number by email. Keep in mind that this process may take a little longer on weekends. If you have not received a track & trace number after one working day, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp on 06.

Shipping methods
We offer several shipping options, including Parcel Post and mailbox post.

Parcel post

1. No excess: Researchchemicalskopen is responsible if your package has not been delivered according to the track & trace.
2. Delivery to a collection point: you can choose to have your order delivered to a collection point.
3. Track & trace: always available.
4. Delivery on Monday: Parcel Post is also delivered on Monday.
5. Orders placed before 19: 30 will be shipped the same working day.

Please note: you must be at home to receive your shipment. If you are not at home, you can pick up your package at the nearest pick-up point. We guarantee delivery up to the pick-up point; after that you are responsible for picking up your order.

Letterbox mail

1. At your own risk: Researchchemicalskopen cannot be held liable for problems with mailbox mail.
2. No pick-up point option.
3. Limited track & trace: the first scan is always carried out properly, so you can be sure that we have sent the letter.
4. No delivery on Sunday and Monday.
5. Orders placed before 17: 00 will be shipped the same working day.

Advantage: you do not have to be at home to receive your shipment.

Shipping information

• Parcel post: Orders via parcel post are sent every working day at 19: 30.
• Letterbox mail: Orders via mailbox mail are sent every working day at 17.00.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly. The only information on the outside is your address and our return address. The return address is a PO Box number (available from our customer service) and not the Researchchemicalskopen logo.

Returns
You can use the mailbox that we put on each shipment to send your product(s) back. Within 2 weeks of receipt, you can return unopened products for a full refund or exchange.

Packaging
We pack the products in bags with different colors and contents:

• Silver pouch: 1 item
• Gold pouch: 2 items
• Purple pouch: 5 items
• Blue bag: 10 items
• Black bag: 25 items

Payment methods
Currently there is a malfunction with iDEAL, but you can still pay by bank transfer. Transfer the purchase amount to our account and include the first digits of your order number as a description.
