How do I place an order?

- Enter your personal information and select a payment method (bank transfer or Bitcoin (BTC).
- NOTE: For bank transfers, please include your order number in the description/reference. This will link the payment to your order.

I made a mistake with my order
If your order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to change your order. Please contact customer service to do so.

Do the prices listed include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT.

I did not receive an order/payment confirmation. How come?
This is because we do not work with iDeal. Bank payments are not automatically linked to an order. If you have not received confirmation that your order has been shipped after 24 hours of payment on business days, please contact our customer service department.

What are the shipping costs?
Under €50.00 you pay €4.99 shipping, above that is free.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by mail or parcel.

What is the delivery time?
Ordered on weekdays before 2 p.m., shipped the same day. In most cases within 1 to 2 business days.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene and contamination risk, we cannot take back opened products.
